The 9th Edition of Excon, South Asia’s largest construction equipment exhibition has raised its curtains in Bangalore for being a one stop solution for all the construction equipment and technology needs of entire South Asia. Confederation of Indian Industry(CII), India’s apex industry association, is organizing the five-day-long trade fair, with an impetus to fuel next generation infrastructure in India and permeate fresh energy into the country’s construction equipment and technology sector.
This year Excon spreads over an exhibition display area of 250000 sq.m. with four main halls, each with over 200 exhibitors. The latest edition of Excon marks the participation of 925 exhibitors, including 275 from abroad. The event is expected to attract over 40000 business visitors from across the globe. There are country pavilions including China, Finland, Germany, Italy, South Korea, UK.
EXCON 2017 have been immensely beneficial for the participants. The show has had an unprecedented success in the response received so far. We were very glad to be of the exhibitors to attend the South Asia’s largest construction equipment exhibition.
EXCON is a very good platform where we can meet the customers who deal construction equipment diesel engine parts directly, which is often not possible through email and long-distance communication. We can better understand what our customers needs, and let our customers believe our ability through elaborate, face-to face discussions.
This is our first time attendance to Excon. This exhibition is very good to develop contacts. We also seen several new technologies here. The arrangement is very good and there are various technologies display under one roof which is the biggest advantage. Our diesel engine spare parts also attracted many Indians, we notice that they were very interested in our spare parts which we displayed in our showcase. We were honored.
